LEGO® display stand: the 4 types compared
The words LEGO® display stand cover at least four very different objects, sold between €8 and €400. Before you order, you need to know which one suits your set, your room and your budget. This page sorts them out, without trying to sell you the one we make if it is not the right one.
The four families of display stands
1. The tilted tabletop stand
A plate or a cradle that lifts the set by a few degrees so you see it from the front rather than from above. Often 3D printed, between €8 and €25. It is the cheapest and the most discreet solution. It frees up no space and adds no staging: the set stays on a piece of furniture, simply better oriented.
For whom: small sets, Speed Champions vehicles, tight budgets.
2. The simple wall mounted stand
A bracket or a support screwed to the wall, on which the set rests. Between €10 and €30. It frees up the floor space, which is its real merit. On the other hand the bracket stays visible under the model and the bare wall behind adds nothing.
For whom: those who want to gain space without looking for a decorative effect.
3. The acrylic or enclosed stand
An acrylic volume, open or closed, that raises and protects. Between €30 and €310. It protects against dust, but takes as much room as a piece of furniture. We cover it in detail on the LEGO® display case page.
For whom: fragile sets, pieces exposed to direct light.
4. The wall display, the stand that becomes decoration
A printed aluminium plate, with mounts dedicated to the model already screwed onto it. The assembled set is placed on top and the wall becomes a staging. Between €79.99 and €549.99 at Kadris® depending on the model and the finish.
For whom: iconic sets, overflowing collections, living spaces where the set deserves its place just as much as a picture.

What Kadris® makes
We make two things, in our workshop in Haute-Savoie.
The wall displays, designed set by set
Every wall display is drawn for one precise model. The printed visual extends the universe of the set, the format matches its proportions, and the mounts are positioned for its silhouette. A Formula 1 single seater does not sit like a spaceship, a motorbike does not sit like a boat.
Three finishes to choose from across almost the whole catalogue: spacers for a floating effect, black aluminium frame for a gallery look, LED frame with battery for wireless backlighting controlled from your phone.
The stand for LEGO® helmets
For helmet collections, we offer a dedicated stand, available in three sizes depending on the number of helmets to display, from €149.99 to €219.99.
The minifigure display
For figure collections, the 75 x 45 cm minifigure display holds up to 75 minifigures on a printed background of your choice, from €159.99.
How the set holds on the wall display
The mounts are already installed when it arrives. You place the assembled set on top: without dismantling it, without glue, without modifying a single piece. It is held firmly and can be removed at any time, without tools.
The strength of every wall display is checked with the set in place before it leaves the workshop. It is a systematic check, not a sales formula.

Frequently asked questions
Which display stand for a LEGO® Technic set?
The large Technic models, hypercars and single seaters, are the ones that gain the most from going on the wall: they are long, wide and take up a lot of surface on a piece of furniture. See the wall displays for LEGO® Technic.
Do I have to drill the wall?
Yes, as for a classic picture. The fixing kit and the instructions are supplied.
My set is not in the catalogue, what can I do?
We do custom work. The set needed for the design stays entirely at our expense. Request a quote.
Can I change to another set later on the same wall display?
No. The mounts are positioned for one precise model, and that is what makes the hold so good. One wall display matches one set.
