Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: 01/08/2026

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) govern the contractual relationship between the publisher of the Kadris website (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the Site (hereinafter “the Customer”).

Any order placed on the Site implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The T&Cs prevail over any other document, except by express written waiver signed by the Seller.

2. Products offered

The works offered are independent artistic creations inspired by various cultural, automotive and artistic universes. They are in no way official or licensed products of the brands mentioned.

Brand names, logos and distinctive signs remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

3. Availability and customisation

The photographs on the Site faithfully reproduce the works as delivered. Each frame is manufactured according to the visuals shown. Due to natural variations in screen calibration, slight differences in colour perception may exist between the display on your device and the actual rendering of the work — this is inherent to any digital display and not to the quality of the delivered product.

Some works can be customised on request, subject to a specific quote.

4. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively via the Site. To validate an order, the Customer must:

  • select the desired product(s);
  • provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process;
  • accept these T&Cs;
  • make payment according to the methods offered.

Any order placed constitutes a firm and final commitment by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom a prior dispute exists.

5. Prices

Prices displayed on the Site are stated in euros and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Delivery to every country we serve is included in the displayed price; no additional shipping charge is added at checkout. The displayed price automatically adapts to the delivery country. Any customs duties and import taxes outside the European Union remain separate.

The Seller may change prices at any time without notice. However, the price charged will be the one displayed when the order is placed.

6. Payment

Payment is made using the methods available on the Site (e.g. bank card, PayPal, etc.). Payment is due immediately upon ordering. If payment is refused by the bank, the order will be automatically cancelled.

7. Delivery

The works are shipped to the address provided by the Customer when ordering.

The estimated total time, including production and delivery, is 8 to 15 business days in France and Europe, and up to 25 business days outside Europe.

Delivery is carried out by a third-party carrier. In the event of a significant delay, the Customer may contact the Seller for information or an appropriate solution.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumer Customers have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.

Standard catalogue models remain covered by this right even when they are manufactured after the order is placed. Only products made to the Customer's specific requirements or clearly personalised are excluded.

When withdrawing, the Customer must return the work in its original condition at their own expense. To exercise the right, the Customer must notify the decision unambiguously by email to contact@kadris-art.com before the legal period expires.

9. Warranties

The works are sold as is, as artistic creations. They are not covered by the commercial warranties of third-party brands (LEGO®, Porsche®, etc.), which have no connection with the Seller.

The Seller guarantees the authenticity of each creation and its conformity with the description given on the Site.

10. Intellectual property

10.1 Seller's rights. All works sold on the Site are protected by copyright (French Intellectual Property Code). The Customer acquires only material ownership of the work, but no right of exploitation, reproduction or distribution. Any unauthorised reproduction, commercialisation or use of the works is strictly prohibited.

10.2 Third-party trademarks. The works offered are independent artistic creations inspired by various cultural, automotive and artistic universes. They are in no way official or licensed products of the brands mentioned. The Seller is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by these brands.

11. Limitation of liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for:

  • minor differences between the photographs on the Site and the delivered work;
  • damage caused by improper handling, maintenance or unsuitable display of the works by the Customer;
  • loss, theft or deterioration occurring after delivery;
  • the consequences of any misuse or non-compliant use of the works.

12. Force majeure

The Seller cannot be held liable if the performance of the contract is delayed or prevented by a force majeure event (natural disaster, war, strike, pandemic, power failure, etc.).

13. Complaints and disputes

Any complaint must be sent to the Seller in writing (by e-mail or post). In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute with a consumer Customer, the latter may bring the matter before one of the territorially competent courts under the French Code of Civil Procedure, in particular the court of their habitual residence or of the place of delivery of the product. For business Customers, any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Seller's registered office.

13 bis. Right to consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute. The designated mediator is:

CNPM – Médiation de la consommation
27 avenue de la Libération, 42400 Saint-Chamond, France
www.cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu

14. Amendment of the T&Cs

The Seller reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the Customer's order.

15. Applicable law
