LEGO® is expanding its Restaurants of the World collection with a new destination: Greece. Set 40908 recreates a typical taverna, terrace included, joining a series of exclusive sets highly sought after by collectors.

A Greek taverna joins a cult collection

For several years now, LEGO® has regularly added a new miniature restaurant to its Restaurants of the World collection. Each edition pays tribute to a world cuisine and quickly becomes sought after once retired. The 40908 continues this tradition with a colourful Greek taverna.

254 pieces, a terrace and a cat for the mood

The set totals 254 pieces. It includes an interior room with a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor terrace under a yellow parasol, a "Taberna" sign and a brick-built fish display. One minifigure and a brown cat complete the scene, for a faithfully recreated Mediterranean atmosphere.

How to get this set

Like previous editions in the collection, the 40908 is not sold separately. It is obtained as a free gift with any qualifying purchase on LEGO.com, while stocks last. Once sold out, it quickly becomes a sought-after item among collectors of the series.

The 40908 Restaurants of the World: Greece set will be available from August 11, 2026, exclusively on LEGO.com.
